For years people went to the local park to have sex. Finally, some citizens petitioned and a law was passed forbidding sex in the park. Signs were put up everywhere. One couple had been having sex in the park since it was built and were determined to continue. They were going hot and heavy behind some bushes when a cop came by and arrested them. Three black men witnessed the couple having sex. In court the first witness was called to the stand. The judge asked, "In your own words what did you see?" The man said, "Man, judge they was fin'." The judge charged him with contempt of court and fined him 10 dollars. The next man was called to the stand. The judge asked, "Please tell me in your own words what you saw? And refrain from swearing in my court.

" The man said, "Judge, they was fin'.

" He received a comtempt of court charge and a 10 dollar fine. The last man was asked the same question. He replied, "I saw the pants drop below the knees.

I saw the balls swingin' in the breeze. I saw the crack open, the d**k go in. And if that aint fin' you can fine me ten."
